Red Carpet Ready

Recently, I had a blast at the Pantene Pro-V Daily Moisture Renewal launch party at the Sunset Marquis in West Hollywood in support of my fellow beauty blogging buddy, Nadine Jolie who just completed the Daily Moisture Renewal Challenge. And her hair looked fabulous! We were treated to an evening of hairstyling and cocktails courtesy of Pantene. I opted for a fishtail braid a) because it was fun and b) I knew that I wouldn’t be able to replicate it myself at home! Thank goodness I was in the skilled hands of hairstylist to the stars, Jayson (with a y.) Needless to say, I was impressed!

And I am also really a fan of was Panten’s Daily Moisture Renewal Collection. Why? Because after only using the shampoo and conditioner for three days, my hair felt softer and looked healthier. And for someone who is hitting red carpet events several nights a week, I am constantly blow drying my hair. I know, not good. But there’s hope.

My fave product in the collection is the Silky Moisture Whip, a two-in-one moisturizer and styler, that is applied onto damp hair right before blow-drying. The result? Literally, silky locks, not heat-damaged split ends. And the best part? Each product in the collection retails for under $10.00. But don’t let the price fool you. This stuff really works!
