MIRANDA KERR’S SECRETS TO STAYING HEALTHY

Ever wonder how long it takes a supermodel to get ready in the morning? They always look picture perfect; it must take hours! Turns out it actually doesn’t.

Miranda Kerr recently revealed her morning routine on her KORA Organics blog, and it almost seems a bit too good to be true! Kerr claims to have her mornings down to a science, and is able to get out the door in just 15 minutes!

To begin, Miranda washes her hair at night and allows it to air dry. Because of that, she only has to style it in the morning. She also wears minimal makeup, which certainly helps minimize a potentially timely beauty routine. With just a tinted face cream and a few coats of mascara, Miranda is good to go!

She also recommends a few other ways to keep your skin looking healthy each day. By drinking warm water with lemon, you can kick start digestion and help cleanse your system. The benefits don’t end there either- lemons are also plentiful in vitamin C, help balance your pH levels, and boost your immune system.  Another suggestion of hers to detoxify the system is dry body brushing. It removes dead skin skills and keeps your skin fresh and smooth.

After a little help from a few other KORA Organics products, Miranda is ready to go and heads out the door with a green cold pressed juice. Similarly to the lemon water, green juice has a ton of health benefits and includes a variety of vitamins and minerals.
