KALEY CUOCO’S SECRETS FOR STAYING FIT

Not only is Kaley Cuoco now one of the highest paid actors on television, but she’s also got a killer body to go along with it.

So how does she do it? With a combination of quite a few different things actually. The actress loves to stay active with yoga, SoulCycle, horseback riding, and even the occasional hike.

But wait, there’s more! The 28 year-old actress also trains with George C. King at West Hollywood’s Fitness factory, focusing on her lower body. For a body like Cuoco’s, try doing leg curls, dead lifts, squats, and lunges. She also does a three set circuit for abs, resting for about a minute in between. Her circuit includes 20 sit-ups, 15 hanging knee lifts, and a one-minute elbow plank.
