The stars were shining this past weekend at the launch party for the Victoria Beckham for Target collection at Mohammed Hadid’s palatial Bel-Air estate. Some of Hollywood’s most recognized fashion girls- Jessica Alba, Zoe Saldana, Kate Mara, and Camilla Belle-were all on hand to celebrate Victoria Beckham and her worthy collaboration with Target.
Jordana Brewster brought along her son, Julian, and Naomie Harris could not get enough of the heavily British-influenced designs. Meanwhile, Ashley Madekwe rocked an adorable pink dress with a bunny collar. And Nate Berkus and hubby, Jeremiah Brent, played games with their adorable daughter, Poppy.
In fact, Victoria was inspired by her own daughter, Harper, to design these pieces. She told WWD, “I wanted to celebrate VVB, which is the other side to my wardrobe and I started working on VVB when I was pregnant with Harper and now they are both five, so now seemed like the right time to really celebrate the fun side to my collections. It’s also the first time I’ve done children’s clothes so it’s great to celebrate my relationship with her and the things we do together — whether that’s collecting flowers or walking to the park or reading books.”
And although this was a clothing pre-sale soiree, there was a number of fun activities happening for the littles. My daughter enjoyed making flower crowns, bunny masks, and picking lollipops and English rock candy off of a candy tree in the garden. It was a hit with the kids, while mommy got to enjoy the champagne!
And it was truly a family event for the Beckhams, as Victoria was accompanied by two of her children, Harper and her son Romeo, who both enjoyed hanging out with friends while their mother mingled with guests and posed for pictures in an iconic red telephone booth.
