CURRENT OBSESSION: 3LAB SUPER CREAM

3Lab. Super Cream. Rocks. For multiple reasons. And I am lucky enough to be one of the first style/beauty bloggers to try this magic potion out.

3Lab Skin Care Founder, Erica Chung

Yesterday, at the Thompson Hotel, 3Lab held a brunch for beauty bloggers to introduce the Super Cream. Always a little bit skeptical of new products that claim to stop aging, I sat back and listened to 3Lab founder, Erica Chung, speak about this revolutionary type of skin care. First, Erica has pretty much flawless skin-I am talking no apparent wrinkles, sun damage, age spots, or any of the lovely things that come with getting older. Next, she revealed that she is 56 years old (btw, she could easily pass for someone in their late 30’s) and that she has never injected anything into her face-no Botox, fillers, lip enhancement-yet. I guess you can never say never, but as someone who also has not done any of these procedures, I am holding out hope that the Super Cream will be a strong ally in the fight against looking old.

Not to get too technical, but basically, the way it works is that the cream has an X-50 “GPS” system created to deliver Pantothenic Acid-heptapeptide-Cu directly into cells to increase collagen and elastin production, effectively, shooting a bulls eye into the cell itself. It is comprised of Nano-Claire GY bio-growth hormone to generate new cells, rare Swiss apple stem cells which have been shown to delay chronological aging, Oscilift which helps to give an instant lift to the skin and minimize fine lines and wrinkles, Alpha Melite which lightens and brightens the skin, as well as Dragon Blood which is known for its anti-inflammatory and skin healing properties. And applying the cream is half the fun because of the way it feels going on-very smooth, and the instant you put it on, the texture of your skin becomes soft and supple. I put some on last night before bed, and twelve hours later, the skin on my face still feels soft and hydrated. 3Lab maintains that “within six days of use targeted cells saw nine times the amount elastin production and two times the amount of collagen production.” And don’t we all want that youthful, dewy, glowy look? The price of a 1.7 oz./50ml. jar will set you back $875.00, but how much is too much for the price of beauty? All I can say is that I am on day two and I cannot stop touching my face! 1. Purchased the cream and serum…didn’t do a thing for me, except lighten my bank account.Don’t feel it is worth the huge price tag. Save your $$$$.

  2. I’m glad it works for some people…for me it did nothing, except put a big dent in my bank account. Got the super serum also, so used them together. Save your $$$ for something more substantial.
