Celebrities always look so thin and toned, the question is how do they do it? But with the info that I’m about to give you, your body can also be a hard body! Here are some workout classes that are hot in Hollywood, and available for you to try as well. Maybe it will inspire you to get healthy? After looking at these pics, I know I want to hit the gym for that extra class or two!

CrossFit:

Celebrities: Cameron Diaz, Madonna, Jessica Biel, Kelly Clarkson

This class will wear you out. But the good news is, you can find a class just about anywhere. During the workout you will be weightlifting, doing kettle ball exercises, incorporating cardio, and so much more. Just make sure you rest up before you go! CrossFit believes that it’s not about how long you exercise but how hard you do it. I hope after a few classes my body looks like Cameron’s!

This workout is designed to tone your abs, tighten the hips, and work the waist line all at the same time. Look for a class, because once you start you won’t be able to stop. Not to mention you’ll have fresh moves to bust out the next time you decide to hit the town.

SoulCycle:

Celebrities: Lady Gaga, Katie Holmes, Kelly Ripa, Nicole Kidman

Allegedly, it burns 700 calories in 45 minute. That’s all I need to hear-sign me up! SoulCycle is known for being able to tone the upper and lower body while keeping the heart healthy. And when the going gets tough, the music gets louder and all you can do is pedal faster!

The Bar Method
